We had a clogged floor drain in our basement on the Saturday after Christmas. We called Honey Go Fix It, and someone was out within an hour. The job ended up being a total pain—and another employee had to come out—but these guys stuck it out and got us all fixed. Our techs were Michael and Maxwell. They were polite and professional. The Best Contractor I Have Ever Had
Had an untimely clog in the kitchen that I was unable to clear with a snake. Called several companies. It was Friday early afternoon to no avail. The only company to return my call was Honey Go Fix It. I was in panic mode because it was Friday and I was probably going to be without water in the kitchen until Monday at the earliest. HGFI was the only company to return my call and would have someone over Saturday at 9:00 a.m. I was so surprised and happy they were making my problem their priority. I was able to have family over as planned for the day, thanks to HGFI. Raphael was polite, conscientious, and was able to tunnel through a tough clog. He was the best contractor I have ever had in my home. They (HGFI) will be replacing my previously utilized company because they were available and interested in my business even when it was inconvenient for them to do so. I highly recommend this company and ask for Raphael!

I received an immediate response from Kassandra with a flat-rate quote for the drain cleaning, regardless of the time that might be required to complete the job, and notification that they could come to the house that evening. Tyler called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time in HGFI uniform, introduced himself, and set to work. He was so quiet, we nearly forgot he was down in the basement.
