They were extremely quick to schedule a free consultation, offered us all of our choices, and laid everything out for us in a way that was easy to follow. Everything felt easy and well-communicated. Their prices were more reasonable than other companies and contractors we got estimates from; they even provided a huge discount for hiring them for 2 jobs at once. They were honest about what size of water softener and heater we needed, even when we assumed we needed the more expensive option. Absolutely the best service! I sent out requests for quotes from 7 different companies and Honey Go Fix It was the ONLY one who reached back out to me and did so within an hour. I made an appt for someone to come to my home and give me a quote. Jordan came out and saw exactly what needed to be done and fixed my issues that same day. He was very pleasant, professional, and handled the issues with expertise! I am so happy and grateful for this company and Jordan and highly recommend them! Tyler and Michael were great to work with. Tyler came out and assessed my toilet issue and gave me three options. I went with a complete toilet replacement. The appointment was quickly scheduled for the next day. Michael came out to do the replacement and was really nice. He did the work quickly and got my new toilet working.
