I had Jamie and his colleagues fix my main line sewer pump. I had a couple of other companies come, and one was about $3k more than what I was quoted from Honey Go Fix It, and the other did not have the equipment to fix it same day. I am very grateful for the kindness and professionalism I was shown when Honey Go Fix It came. They made sure to explain everything to me and show me what the problem was and explained the fees once the final invoice came in. I felt confident in the work I was receiving from them, and I am thankful that they made this awful and stressful situation a little less stressful knowing I was working with a company I could trust.

Yet another outstanding visit Nov 3, 2025

Yet another *fun* new reason to need a plumber, and yet another outstanding visit from Honey Go Fix It. When sewage backed up into our basement, Michael was able to come out within a couple of hours to take care of it. Fast, friendly, and functional. Here's our review from last time: Honey Go Fix It did another great job for us yesterday. They came over quickly and laid out all the options for fixing our bathroom issue. Rafael went above and beyond. He even had a spare part that he allowed us to use for free. He checked our water hardness when we were curious and was very easy to work with. We appreciate being able to rely on Honey Go Fix It.

My sewer drain was clogged wicked bad, but the two technicians who came out, Rafael and Max, were outstanding in their work clearing it out. They never quit, just kept on running the high-powered snake through until the job was done. They were very kind and understanding, awesome people, awesome work ethic. They Came Out Right Away Apr 30, 2025

My main sewer line backed up in my basement, so I called Honey Go Fix It to come out and make sure my line wasn't clogged up. They came out right away and ran several tests on my drainage system, ensuring me that everything was in working order. The repair man even resealed the threads on my main clean-out lid. When he was walking out, I asked, "How much do I owe?" and he said, "Nothing." Thank you very much for providing me the peace of mind that my basement is OK and for letting me know that there are still awesome people and businesses out there.
