We were remodeling a mid-century ranch and called HGFI to look at the plumbing. We wanted a few water lines moved as we updated faucets and fixtures. HGFI came out within 2 days, gave an estimate, and scheduled work for 2 days later. The office workers were very friendly, and when we encountered a tile/moisture issue, they rescheduled the work for a few days later. They came out on time and did a magnificent job. I had more work to do, so they capped everything and will be coming out to install the fixtures as soon as we are finished with some tile work. I would highly recommend this company!

The one quip I have and reason for the 4-star is the subcontractor they used for the trenching. I grew up on a farm and have helped to perform similar trenching procedures with a backhoe before, so I am familiar with the process. I felt that the subcontractor was overpriced and a little underprepared in terms of equipment. I know they are not the subcontractor, but it is the person they hired.
