2025 Update
Fantastic company!
1) Had an issue with the water valves for my washer hookup.
Contacted them via Yelp; fast response, came out to fix my issue within 24 hours.
Shayn and Tyler were very professional, kind, and efficient. 😎
2) Contacted a 2nd time for a new bathroom faucet installation. This time I had the pleasure of working with Maxwell. He was an expert and worked very efficiently.
3) Just had the pleasure of working with Jamie for a water issue. He quickly diagnosed my water heater was at the end of its life. He was super professional, very nice, and had clear communication, and did an amazing job with installation of my new water heater.

Had to have a water heater replaced on a Sunday, and Trevor came and took out the old heater and put in a new one and noticed piping problems, and he and Jamie J. came back the next day. Trevor left and Jamie did the work. He was very nice, professional, answered all questions, polite, and did a great job. He came back Thursday to finish up kitchen and water machine piping. 25% cheaper and same-day fix
Honey was 25% cheaper than the people that installed the hot water heater. They also fixed it the same day, and Maxwell was very nice and knowledgeable! The picture is the old lower heating element.

He showed me my tankless water heater was about to break and void the warranty because the previous plumbing company didn't know (or more likely knew and didn't tell me) it would unless my water softener was working effectively.

My plumbing service technician was on time and listened to what was needed for repairs to get my Food Service License for my Mobile Food Services and Concessions Trailer Inspection. He made suggestions for the present time as well as later transferring to a tankless water heater system for operational approval to the Environmental Health Department and Food Services License Department to operate in Ohio.

The lady on the phone was very nice; she got us an appointment the next day. Our water heater had quit working due to the fact that our water softener had stopped working. Max came out to give us an estimate; we wanted to go from electric to gas. He checked water lines and gas lines; he was very informative. He wrote up a couple different options and explained those to us. We wanted to sleep on the info. The next day we called, and the nice lady set up the appointment for the following day.
