Alexis is the friendly voice you’ll most often hear when you call Honey Go Fix It during the week. Born and raised right here in Dayton, Ohio, she serves as our Administrative Operations Manager, keeping the team organized and ensuring every customer has a smooth, welcoming experience from the very first hello.

Alexis brings an incredible depth of technical, operational, and administrative expertise to the office, backed by 10 years of experience in logistics. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Food, Agricultural, Biological, and Ecological Engineering (with a minor in History) from The Ohio State University. Furthering her industry knowledge, she holds a Journeyman Plumbing License, a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, and is Level 2 and 3 Tankless Certified for Bradford White systems.

Dedicated to providing an unmatched customer experience, Alexis is also Service MVP Pro Certified and certified in the Sweeter Service standard. This means she leads with empathy, deep professionalism, and the Honey Go Fix It promise of “Service That’s Sweet, Always.”

As a proud military spouse, mother of twins, and active member of our Hispanic community, Alexis perfectly balances her vibrant family life with her dedication to serving our local customers.
