As a Licensed Master Plumber through the state of Ohio with 8 years of hands-on plumbing experience right here in the Dayton area—where she has proudly lived for the last 12 years—Kassandra brings elite technical expertise to our leadership. Her deep understanding of complex systems is backed by a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering (with a double minor in Renewable Energy and Chemistry) from the University of Toledo, alongside her Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certification.

Kassandra specializes in advanced water heating and gas systems, holding both Level 2 and 3 Tankless Training certifications for Rinnai and Bradford White, as well as her Gastite CSST certification. Whether she is diagnosing a complex mechanical issue, handling after-hours customer calls, or meticulously planning your next home project, her blend of field experience and academic knowledge ensures your home is in the absolute best hands.
